Payment Policy

💳 Payment Policy

  • 💰 30% Advance Payment required to block hotels and confirm services

  • 💼 Balance Amount must be cleared before the start of the trip

  • 💸 All remittance charges (bank/UPI fees, if any) to be borne by the client/agent

  • 🧾 5% GST applicable on all payments made to our INR account (as per Indian tax laws)

  • ✅ Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellation Policy

📜 Terms & Conditions – GFK Holidays Tour & Travel

Hotel Check-in / Check-out Policy:

  • Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 noon

  • Early check-in / Late check-out subject to availability and additional charges

  • Room preferences (twin/king bed, floor, view, smoking/non-smoking) cannot be guaranteed in advance

Visa Guidelines:

  • Visa processing takes 4–5 working days (Friday & Saturday immigration offices closed)

  • Transit visa valid for 14 days; Tourist visa valid for 30 days

  • Visa must be used within 7–10 days of issuance

  • Visa cancellation fee: USD 45 per applicant

  • We are not responsible for visa delays or rejections by immigration authorities

New Immigration Rules for Family Visa:

  • For children under 18, parent’s visa (preferably mother’s) and birth certificate are mandatory

  • For spouse visa, if wife’s name is not on husband’s passport, husband’s visa must be issued first with marriage certificate

Payment Terms:

  • 30% advance required to confirm booking

  • Balance payable before travel

  • Remittance charges borne by client/agent

  • 5% GST applicable on INR payments

Cancellation & Amendments:

  • Subject to hotel, airline, and supplier policies

  • Some services (e.g., Burj Khalifa tickets) are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Surcharges may apply during exhibitions, festivals, or events, informed at booking

  • Rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to availability

  • Package rates may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, government rules, weather, or force majeure

  • GFK Holidays is not responsible for delays, overbooking, visa issues, loss of documents, or personal belongings
